Kathrin Anselm has been the General Manager for Germany, Austria & Switzerland, Central & Eastern Europe and Russia at Airbnb since August 2019. She previously spent three years as managing director for limango, Europe's largest online shopping club for families, and then worked as an interim manager for various tech companies, including Deliveroo. Kathrin is an expert in building, scaling and optimizing digital businesses as MD/COO at AirBnB, Deliveroo, limango, Wimdu (Rocket Internet), one2like (exit to Parship). She serves as a Board Advisor at Decathlon Germany, mentors female leaders, startups and social businesses and is a Guest Lecturer at TUM School of Management (Member of Taskforce for Diversity & Women Leaders).
