President, European Young Engineers & PhD candidate, Oxford University
As president of European Young Engineers (EYE), Nadja Yang represents 500,000 young people in engineering with the aim of "exchanging ideas on technological developments and acting as the collective voice of Europe to accelerate technological progress in the fight against future challenges," as she puts it.Under the leadership of the engineer, currently pursuing a PhD at Oxford University, EYE membership has grown by 300%, and the number of working groups has increased from one to five. In 2021, Yang was voted onto the Forbes Under 30 list for the DACH region and additionally earned a spot on the Under 30 Europe list for 2022.
