Making the building sector more attractive for women has been a focus topic for PORR since 2016. With "Women@PORR", we have launched our own Women’s initiative. This, as we are convinced – and experience for ourselves – that diverse teams are simply more successful. We have to examine and analyze existing structures and processes and find new paths. The Forbes Women’s Summit 2019 deals with precisely this topic — "Writing Future Codes". For us, it is the perfect platform to exchange ideas across industries and with international experts.
