Martin Giesswein's mission is to strengthen the digital competences of individuals, companies and institutions in Austria and Germany. In this role, he is working as a start-up connector at, as co-founder of Talent Garden Vienna, investor in the media portal TrendingTopics, as co-initiator of DigitalCity.Wien and as faculty member of WU Executive Academy in the fields of digitalization, innovation and leadership.

Back in 2014 he managed the exit of immobilien.NET to the Scout24 group as CEO. Previously he was breathing 10 years of corporate air in ICT, including roles as General Manager and Marketing Director CEE e.g. with Nokia Phones.

In his recent book he shares his personal experiences, failures and successes of 25 years in digital business to enable managers in traditional organisations to copy the digital methods of the global industry and to lay the foundations for a prosperous digital Europe for the next years. It is called “Digital Game Changer” and provides tailor made strategies for up-to-date digitalization, innovation management and leadership in the 21st century.
