Kovacs studied International Management in Zurich and Madrid and completed a master's degree in Human Computer Interaction at the HSR Hochschule für Technik Rapperswil. In 2016, Kovacs founded the Master21 Academy, which aims to introduce the language of digitization – coding – to non-IT people. Making her the perfect fit as a speaker for an event, where the motto is “Writing Future Codes”.
