Tatjana Nebel is Director of Innovation – Sustainability and Future Innovation at the Swiss cough drop and mint manufacturer Ricola. She got her first leadership position at the young age of 23 at the curated shopping service Outfittery. Passionate about building sustainable business models fur the future, Nebel worked at the web-agency Liip and the ETH spinoff Selfnation before joining Ricola. She is also a co-founding member of the Kickass Women Network, which today boasts over 400 women, where she champions gender equity.
